Commander (Dr) Jayakrishnan N Nair is a retired Indian Navy officer with exceptional leadership qualities and a creative vision. He has successfully planned, executed, and delivered several projects and assignments across diverse segments, demonstrating his expertise as a key strategist responsible for several turnkey projects and innovations. Commander Nair has a deep sense of personal responsibility and accountability coupled with the drive, intelligence, and passion for success. Currently, he is focused on research and consultancy activities pertaining to military, aerospace, and defense. Commander Nair has previously founded Defence Research and Studies and worked as an Adjunct Professor at Sastra University. He holds a Doctor of Advanced Studies degree in Science from Universidad Azteca European Programmes, an M Tech in Aeronautics (Electrical)/Avionics from Cochin University, a PGDM in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), an MBA in Human Resource Management from IGNOU, and two BE degrees in Electronics and Communication from Bharathiyar University and Kumaraguru College of Technology. With over 10 years of relevant experience as a Research Scientist, Commander Nair is a highly skilled professional who can troubleshoot and complete initiatives in crisis situations. He is a strategic thinker who can balance targets with realities and has a track record of delivering successful projects.
